1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/receipt.
- Non-returnable items: Perishables, personalized/custom-made goods, intimate items (e.g., lingerie).
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@luxefindsltd.store within 14 days to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely with the original receipt.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Deductions may apply for missing/damaged items.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed.
